Walk-through

After finishing the New project wizard, you will return to the main window. Here you will see a list with all tables to fill with test data. The fields with their fill method (data generator) for each table are listed here also. On the right you can see the field settings for the column you selected in the list on the left.

DB Data Generator has automatically assigned an appropriate fill method/generator for each field based on column characteristics like data type, name and constraints used by the column. This means that you can start generating test data now directly.

You can also change the selected fill method manually in the field settings pane on the right.
