What should I do in case of any problems during purchasing process?

You can also go to the Shareit Customer Care Web page for information about your order and other questions. There is also a contact page with e-mail address and phone numbers to a representative who can help you with your order and answer any questions you may have.

How long does it take to fill an order or respond to a question?

  • Online orders are filled within 24 Hours (usually within 2 hours).
  • Fax orders are filled within 24 hours of receipt as long as payment is received with the order.
  • Mail orders are filled within five to eight business days of receiving them.
  • E-mail responses are handled within two to four hours typically, with a maximum of 24 hours.
  • Purchase Orders are usually processed within four hours of receipt.

Do you charge VAT Taxes?

The VAT percentage that is applicable on all orders (online or bank transfer) is depending on where you live and if you're ordering for a company or for personal use. The VAT will be added to the product price. In most cases this will be 0% and no VAT will be charged.
  • Customer is NOT a EC member country resident or company: 0% VAT will be charged.
  • Dutch residents or companies: 19% VAT (BTW) will be charged.
  • EU companies registered for VAT and providing their VAT number: 0% VAT will be charged.
  • EU residents not registered for VAT (personal use): 19% VAT will be charged.

How long does it take to obtain my license details after I purchase a product online by credit card?

After the registration service receives your online credit card order, it may take up to several hours to authorize your transaction. After your charge is authorized, you will receive an e-mail with your license details and download instructions. If your credit card is declined, then you will receive an e-mail stating the reason. If you do not receive any e-mail within 24 hours, then there may be a problem with your order. In that case, kindly contact us by e-mail at sales@datanamic.com with your name, and the approximate date and time of your order to obtain the status of your order.

How will the purchase appear on my credit card statement?

WWW.SHAREITINFO.COM will appear on your credit card statement, and not the name of Datanamic. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt by e-mail at the time when your credit card is charged.

Can I purchase with a check or Purchase Order?

Can I purchase with a Wire Transfer?

The purchase links on our Web site http://www.datanamic.com/order/index.html will bring you to a Share-it shopping cart. You would need to place the order first, selecting wire transfer as payment type, and Share-it will send directions necessary to complete the wire transfer between your bank and Share-it's bank. Once the wire transfer has been completed and accepted, you will receive the software electronically. Kindly be aware that a wire transfer may take two to three weeks to complete before the software is released.

Can I order through phone?

Can I order through fax?

What exactly will I receive if the product is delivered by e-mail?

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from ShareIt and after that e-mail you'll receive an e-mail from Datanamic with license details and download instructions.

How do I get updates?

You'll be notified by e-mail when an update of the software you bought is available. You can simply download the new installation file, remove the previous version, and then install the new release. You will not have to unlock the software again. License details are written to your registry and are unaffected when the software is removed.

What's the difference between an "Update" and an "Upgrade"?

Updates are new versions of the software that can be downloaded for free and used with your existing license key. Upgrades are paid-for new versions that require a new, discounted purchase, a new download and a new license key.

How can I upgrade from an older version to the current version of a product?

Updates are free. As a licensed user you can download updates for free in our Customer Area.

Upgrades are not free. As a licensed user you buy upgrades for a reduced price in our online shop at http://www.datanamic.com/order/index.html.

If I buy one edition (e.g. Professional) now can I later upgrade to a higher edition (e.g. Expert)?

Yes. You can buy an edition upgrade in our online shop at http://www.datanamic.com/order/index.html.

Are Maintenance, Support, and Updates included in the list prices?

Yes. Maintenance, support and updates are included in the list prices. Upgrades (e.g. Version 3 to Version 4) are not included in the list prices. Reduced prices are available for upgrades.
