DB MultiRun V1.1.0 Update

Datanamic is pleased to announce the release of DB MultiRun V1.1.0, the first feature release for DB MultiRun since the introduction.

This update adds support for unicode SQL scripts and the ability to define the headers for the generated result files using variables. This update also fixes parsing errors for SQL scripts with comments.
